Before the ink drys up, use a hair dryer (at high heat) to heat it (**Note: This procedure requires alot of patience). It will pop up like popcorn and have its texture. If unheated and left to dry, the ink will remain like any regular glossy-inked pen you typically see. This Popcorn pen is imported by Korean. We 101% assure you that these popcorn pens are able to pop up like popcorn and have its texture. (Other blogshops sell the popcorn pens without even knowing that theirs is not genuine and cannot pop up like popcorn or have its texture, they cannot assure you anything too.)
